The Chicago Cubs U-18 youth team from America visited Japan in 2018 and 2024, with arrangements by GXA. Their primary goal was to play as many games as possible with Japanese teams.

We organized games in Osaka, where they enjoyed competitive matches and built lasting friendships through and beyond the games.

The Cubs also visited the Koshien Museum and a Ninja Village. At the Koshien Museum, they learned about the history and secrets behind Japan’s national baseball strength and watched professional baseball games. In the Ninja Village, they dressed as ninjas and practiced using traditional ninja weapons, which thrilled the entire team.

In 2024, they also visited Kyoto, Arashiyama.

A Chinese baseball team, the Chengdu KC Baseball Club Team, embarked on an 8-day tour organized by GXA. Their goal was to play baseball in Japan and experience the world-class level of Japanese baseball. During this tour, they not only enjoyed the sport but also made new Japanese friends and explored popular sightseeing destinations.

The team had the opportunity to play against a local Japanese elementary school team, building strong friendships through the shared love of baseball.

They also experienced authentic Japanese cuisine. Some players made funny faces as they encountered unique textures they had never tried before, but in the end, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. 

Another highlight was a glove-making activity, where an expert instructor demonstrated how to craft gloves and shared tips on maintaining them to ensure their longevity.

They also visited Kaiyukan Aquarium and Universal Studios Japan, as well as the iconic Koshien Stadium. The team shared that this was the best tour they had ever experienced.
